The ‘Brought In’ Challenge

This Challenge is for Apps brought into
the vehicle with either an Android or iOS smartphone. Your Android or iOS application can be enabled to work in the vehicle using SmartDeviceLink. This technology allows the driver to access your application with
touch and voice.

The ‘Beamed In’ Challenge

Content and Services delivered directly into the vehicle with the embedded modem by utilizing the IVI system with no need for
a smartphone. Experiences are delivered via the cloud, utilize platform OS or are embedded directly into the vehicle.
